In compliance with Raj Bhavan’s letter no. 15656/GS/Miscellaneous/S-2(7) 2022 dated 26 September 2024 on the above subject, the 16th meeting of the proposed general body of Uttarakhand State Child Welfare Council, Dehradun on 28 September 2024 at Raj Bhavan has been modified due to unavoidable reasons. Accordingly, the date has been fixed on 09 October 2024 at 11.00 am (East) in Raj Bhavan Auditorium.
The letter sent on letter number 425-766 dated 07 September 2024 to all respected officials, ex-officio members and life members of the Council has been modified to the above extent, the remaining points mentioned in the previous letter will remain the same.
16th meeting of the General Body of Uttarakhand State Child Welfare Council
In the context of the above mentioned subject, it is requested that the 16th meeting of the General Body of Uttarakhand State Child Welfare Council, Dehradun will be convened on 28 September 2024 at 11 am in the auditorium of Raj Bhavan under the chairmanship of Honorable Shri Governor.
The agenda for the General Assembly meeting is as follows.
1. Inauguration of the meeting with the permission of the Honorable Chairman. Welcome of the present members and brief self-introduction by the respected members of the General Assembly/special invited guests.
2 Ratification of the resolutions passed in the 15th meeting of the General Assembly.
3. Annual Report of the Council 2022-231
4. Presentation and confirmation of actual income and expenditure details for the year 2022-23.
5. Annual Report of the Council 2023-241
6. Presentation and confirmation of actual income for the year 2023-24.
7. Approval of estimated income and estimated expenditure on the works to be done for the year 2024-25.
8. Approval for payment of ten percent of the balance amount of Rs 1,22.176.75 from 01.04.2016 to 31.12.2016 for 19 crèche centers of Hill Environment Protection Committee, Himdarshan Kutir Dharamghar, Pithoragarh.
9. Council’s creche P.N.B. Discussion on the balance amount of Rs 10,52,752.32 in the passbook account number 1556000110094024.
10. Progress report of implementation of Rs 2,30,000.00 Child Nutrition & Development Project approved by Indian Child Welfare Council, New Delhi and details of action being taken on the remaining amount.
